It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
The guest has to carry a copy of a valid booking voucher at the time of check-in.
The standard check-in time is 1200 Noon and the standard check-out time is 1100 HRS.
Rooms are subject to availability until a contractual agreement is signed.
For every paid night – Buffet Breakfast will be served (As per room plan).
The hotel's standard check-in time is 12 Noon and check-out time is 11 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out would be subject to availability of rooms.
Room rates are applicable on a per room per night basis.
GST/ taxes as applicable shall be charged as per Govt. taxes laws.
Stay of children above 10 years is chargeable.
The client/guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated room, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein, by the act or omission of the client/guest.
An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
Children below 10 Years of age can stay free. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 10 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
This reservation is not transferable.
Depending on the size of the group, all meals included in the package shall be served at exclusive venues as per the hotel’s discretion. Breakfast Time: 0800 HRS to 1000 HRS & Dinner Time: 2000 HRS to 2200 HRS.
Cancellation Policy
At least 2 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply, and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
If the time for cancelling without penalty has passed or in case of No-Show, the forfeiture amount will be 100%.

The reservation stands non-refundable and non-amendable during long weekends, festivals, Christmas/New Year period (Blackout dates – 20th December to 02nd January) and high demand Dates – Diwali and Dussehra Period (1st to 9th Oct and 22nd to 30th Oct'22).
Booking Conditions
In case of an early departure, retention charges equivalent to the balance unutilized room nights will be levied and no amount will be refunded or carried forward by the Hotel.
In case of NO SHOW, retention charges equivalent to total room nights booked, will be charged. Any cancellation or no show will not be allowed fee waiver on the day of check-in
The Hotel reserves the right to release guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations with prior information, without any liabilities. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Refund Policy
Policy will be applicable as per the Rate Plan.

The refund is processed within 07-10 working days and is re-sent via the same payment mode that was used for making the payment – credit card/bank account.
